Reservations are for 90 minutes and breaks out into 60-70 minutes for projects and 20-30 minutes for food & cake.  Parties have a 15-minute grace period if they run over time. The food area must be cleared at the end of your reservation. Guests may remain afterward to finish projects if needed.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your event start time to set up food and decorations. A 6 ft. x 2.5 ft. table with tablecloth will be provided. (Note: MadeBy does not provide decorations or servingware.)

Events will begin promptly at the scheduled start time to ensure guests have ample time to complete their projects. Guests who arrive late are welcome to join in at any time, and our staff will provide them with instructions individually.

Supplies can be dropped off or picked up through our back entrance on Hope Street before or after your event.  If you'd like this option please email us at least one day prior to the event so that we can open up the back entrance. 

For events with 8–20 guests, a $200 deposit is required to reserve your date. While non-refundable, the deposit can be applied toward any store projects or camp registrations in the event of a cancellation

If you'd like to tip your party hosts please let us know and we will include it with the remaining Bill
